Myakka River

Your tour guide will teach you how to connect to the energy of the landscape and the unique vortex flows found throughout the 37,999 acre park. This vortex tour can also be extended to include additional attractions inside the park, like boat tours, canopy walk, and wildlife viewing. Length of hike can vary based on skill and experience level or participants. Myakka is the perfect park for an avid hiker who wants a guide to explore the hidden gems.

Oscar Scherer
State Park

Sink into a lush oasis and feel held by the gentle oaks and swaying pines of Oscar Scherer State Park. The short trails are safe and inviting to amature hikers. This park is located in the town of Osprey, 20 minutes south of downtown Sarasota. The legacy trail, a bike and pedestrian path runs throught the park and can be included in the tour if desired. This park has lots of open areas to put down a blanket for a restful meditation. Oscar Scherer is the perfect park for people new to hiking and desiring the comfort of a suburban experience.

Beach Park on the Gulf
