Nurtured Roots
Ground your Energy & Embody Your Feminine Leadership

A guided workshop blending nature connection and emotional clearing to help you regulate your nervous system and reconnect with yourself on a deeper level.
Co-facilitated by Alyson Laura and Jessy Pearson-Cheney
You’re invited into a restorative experience designed to help you slow down, release built-up emotional tension, and come back into your body. This newly grounded energy field starts aligning you with your embodied feminine leadership.
We’ll gather in a supportive outdoor circle, opening and closing with a shared talking stick practice. Throughout the experience, you’ll be gently guided through a combination of nervous system regulation tools, emotional release practices, and nature-based connection to help you feel more grounded, present, and at ease.
This workshop is for women who are holding a lot; whether in their work, relationships, or daily life and are ready to feel more calm, clear, and connected as they lead.
Step away from the noise, and
give yourself space to reset, restore,
and return to yourself.
