Bring a Friend and Make a Friend Meet like-minded souls and share a group meditation in the Equinox Vortex. This free community gathering invites you to cultivate the balance within like the Sun balances the light in the Sky above. The airy, open scrublands of Oscar Scherer State Park are the perfect setting to experience the magic of the Spring Equinox portal. **This event is free, however participants must pay park entry fee of $4 or $5** Details: Friday March 20, 2026. 5:30-7pm Oscar Scherer State Park (1843 S Tamiami Trl, Osprey, FL 34229) Large Pavilion by Legacy Trail-take main road all the way to the back (5 min drive / 1.2 miles) This meetup is for you if you are seeking: Ritual, ceremony, and tradition to nourish your spirit Open-minded Community Practices to honor the Earth’s rhythms Spaces to connect to the cycles of Mother Earth Sober hobbies and events New friends who are nature lovers Agenda: 5:30-6:15 Arrive and unwind–Informal meet and greet 6:15 Gentle movement to active and ground our energy bodies 6:30 Guided meditation led by Alyson Laura, owner of Sarasota Vortex Tours 6:45 Closing Talking Circle–Share from your heart You are welcome to stay past 7 to connect and enjoy the Vortex Vibes. Please stay mindful and depart before the park closes its gate at Sunset, 7:40pm. What to bring: A Friend Park Entry Fee – $4 or $5 (or annual State Park Pass) Chair or blanket to sit on during meditation Water Bottle Flow Toy or Musical Instrument to play before or after the meditation Questions? Cancellation & Refund Policy -No cancelations or refunds will be issued for anything except weather. Weather & Unexpected Circumstances -Weather-related cancellations– If the Guide or Operator cancels a tour due to unsafe weather conditions (lightning, severe storms, etc.), participants will receive a full refund or the option to reschedule.
